Introduction:
The Uganda National Academy of Sciences (UNAS) was launched on 20th October 2000 in Kampala. The Academy is now fully registered with a constitution that binds its members. UNAS brings it's members scientists from the physical, bionlogical and social/behavioral sciences, working together in an interdisplinary manner.
